Industrial Engineering

The economic importance of having an industrial network with a high degree of competitiveness and productivity is undisputed. In order to achieve this level it is necessary to make efforts to adapt to changes to distribution chains, increasing technological advances, the growing social demand for conservation of the environment, the globalisation of industry, etc.

Our first steps in this area focused on issues relating to the industrial sector, especially the agrifood sector. An industrial modernisation process was taking place at this time in Andalusia with significant financial assistance from the European Union, which led to the development of numerous projects for the modernisation, adaptation, extension and implementation of technological advances for agrifood facilities.

The Solution

As a result of this experience and the knowledge acquired, the types of services offered by the company were expanded. Our services are currently characterised by a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to projects, resolving issues relating to the environment, urban development, architecture, civil engineering and facility engineering, and a whole range of secondary factors associated with their development.

The Agrifood Industry

The agrifood industry is an area which requires constant technical support due to the constant adaptation of the technology used. Following Spain’s incorporation into the European Union, rural development underwent a radical change and a modernisation process which required the sector to assume important challenges.

Currently, the modernisation of processes is understood as an added value for companies and a key factor in the development of the rural sector, a process in which we have played a leading role since the commencement of our activities. On the other hand, greater awareness on the part of citizens regarding food safety is leading industries to carry out continuous and important improvements to their facilities and processes.

The Olive Industry

The industries relating to the extraction of olive oil and pickling of olives constitute one of the pillars of the Andalusian and national agrifood sector.

The olive sector has had to face up to important challenges in terms of adaptation to new environmental requirements, new decanting systems, the search for techniques to improve oil quality, optimisation of resources, etc. One of the major changes to take place in this industrial activity has been the introduction of two-phase decanting systems, resulting in important environmental improvements for this activity.

Our experience and knowledge accumulated over the last 20 years ensures that our clients benefit from an excellent technical level in terms of the work carried out and the support provided in response to the challenges mentioned above.

Greenhouses

Our responsibility in this area is to advise each client through our team of professionals, who adapt the very best greenhouse infrastructures and engineering to their farms to control their crops and thereby obtain greater yields, at the same time maintaining optimum levels in terms of the quality of the products.

Our projects in this sector have been carried out both here and abroad, with highlights among our overseas activities listed below: United States, Mexico, Panamá, Honduras, Cuba, Colombia, República Dominicana, Venezuela, El Salvador, Portugal, Hungary, Turkey, Morocco, Ethiopia and Kenia.
